Proserv is a global technology company delivering world-class control systems and life-of-field solutions to the energy industry. As activity on the Norwegian Continental Shelf continues to shift towards brownfield developments and life extension of existing assets, we're looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our Norwegian business.

This is a key commercial role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on business development. You'll build strong relationships with operators and partners, identify new opportunities, and play an active role in shaping Proserv's continued growth in Norway.

You'll lead and develop the Norwegian sales team while remaining actively involved in customer relationships and business development.

Main responsibilities, 

  • You'll drive business growth across Proserv's subsea portfolio, with a particular focus on brownfield developments, modifications and existing installations.
  • Working closely with operators, EPCs and internal technical teams, you'll identify opportunities early, develop commercial strategies and help convert opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
  • As part of the commercial leadership team, you'll contribute to sales strategy, support framework agreements and provide market insight that helps shape future business decisions. 

We are looking for someone who,

  • Understands how business is won in the Norwegian subsea market.
  • Has built trusted relationships with operators and know how opportunities develop from early engagement through FEED, tendering and project execution.
  • Has experience from subsea systems, controls, services or related technologies and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and commercial business.
  • Creates trust, enjoys developing people, and leads by example. You're comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and helping others succeed, while still being close to customers and opportunities.

Ideally, you bring

  • A strong network within the Norwegian offshore and subsea market.
  • Experience from companies delivering SPS control systems. 
  • A track record of business development and complex B2B sales.
  • Experience leading or mentoring commercial teams.
  • An understanding of framework agreements, brownfield projects and operator decision-making processes.

Location is preferred to be in Stavanger, but open to other places in Norway for the right candidate.
