Konsulentoppdrag – Supply Chain Coordinator / Masterdata Specialist – Out 2026

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented person to take ownership of product and part data in our ERP system. 

The role is responsible for ensuring that all articles, structures, and BOMs are accurate, consistent, and up to date.  Enabling smooth operations across procurement, production, and service.

Duration: Out 2026, with possibilities for extension 

Start date: ASAP 

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain article master data (parts, assemblies, software)
• Ensure correct structure, naming, and classification of all items
• Maintain and validate BOMs to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and remove duplicates, and maintain overall data quality
• Support and implement engineering changes (ECOs)
• Link articles to suppliers and OEM part numbers
• Follow up on missing or incorrect data from internal stakeholders

You will also, 

• Approve or reject creation of new articles
• Ensure that data standards are followed
• Stop incomplete or incorrect structures from entering the system

You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure that all product data is accurate and usable.

A key part of the role is to follow up and ensure that the information you receive is complete and correct.

Background 

• Experience working with ERP systems (MRPeasy) and product/BOM structures
• Background from manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks
• Takes ownership of data quality and follows things through
• Able to collaborate across functions and challenge when needed
